As an employee owner, you get to share in the profits of the company through company stock performance and dividends!
• You will receive an initial grant of company stock
• You will earn that stock through service to the company over time. Don't have to pay any of your own money to earn shares in business
• Once you have earned your stock, you will be able to cash out for the value of those shares when you leave the business or retire, worth approximately $2,000-$5,000+
• We will pay out dividends to all employee owners when company cash flow is above cost to operate business and cash needed for re-investment
