At the Champlain Valley Senior Community, located just 30 minutes from Plattsburgh, N.Y., aging gracefully in place can be effortless. Our Adirondack senior living community offers a complete range of senior care services including 24-hour personal care assistance and supervision, medication management, chef-prepared daily meals, housekeeping & laundry, and local transportation along with a variety of unique services & amenities. The Champlain Valley Senior Community features a secure dementia care unit for residents with all stages of Alzheimer's Disease and dementia, in addition to providing some skilled nursing care under our enhanced assisted living license. We offer an array of amenities on-site, such as a beauty and barber salon, daily workout class, ice cream parlor, full dining accommodations, and center of worship. Our residents need not venture beyond our beautifully landscaped grounds, but if they wish to, we also offer transportation services to accommodate their local travel needs.
Living amenities include three home-style meals per day along with snacks, full housekeeping and laundry services, maintenance and trash removal. Additionally, we provide furnished rooms with cable, internet and telephone service.
