It all started when...

In November 2003, Paula Cochran and a few of her colleagues had a goal to bridge the gap between patient payor sources and in-home care.

With the help of a physician, an office nurse, and a financial organizer from the former Aliquippa Community Hospital, the framework for what would become healthcare licensed personnel was established.

In January 2004, Paula and her team opened in Baden, PA where the demand quickly grew beyond expectation.
​
Over the past decade, the business expanded and relocated to Koppel, PA. Today our services range from home care attendants, personal care assistants, direct care workers, certified nurse assistants, licensed practical nurses, and registered nurses.

Paula maintains her nursing credentials and a passion for the care of the clients our professionals serve.
