Hope For Youth is the leading provider of integrated, complex care for cross system children, youth and families on Long Island. With programs that span both Nassau and Suffolk County New York, HFY holds New York State licensing from the Office of Children & Family Services, Office of Alcohol and Substance Abuse Services, Office of Mental Health and the New York State Department of Health. HFY Residential Services are Accredited by the Council on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Our mission is to facilitate positive change in the lives of children, youth and families. We accomplish this through programs that educate, motivate, and empower individuals toward self-sufficiency. Hope For Youth programs impact the lives of over 14,000 local children, youth and families annually.

Hope For Youth Programs & Services: Child Parent Psychotherapy for the Suffolk County Family Treatment Court Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy for the Suffolk County Juvenile Drug Treatment Court Restorative Justice Services for the Suffolk County Probation Department Runaway and Homeless Youth Case Management and Shelter Services (7 beds, co-ed) Adolescent Diagnostic and Respite Services (12 bed, coed) Child Diagnostic and Respite Services (12 bed, coed) Non-Secure Detention serving the Suffolk County Probation Department (12 bed, coed) Adolescent Boys Group Home serving Hard To Place Youth (7 beds) Sibling Reunification Group Home facilitating reunification for children and families (9 beds, coed) Therapeutic Foster Care for children with special needs Chemical Dependency Treatment Intensive Case Management for CPS involved families Juvenile Justice Diversion and Treatment Services for Nassau County Children’s Mental Health Rehabilitation Program, Respite Services for Sexually Trafficked Youth.
