Future Generation Early Learning Centers are safe, loving, educational, and nurturing environments where your child will get the attention and care that they deserve. We are licensed in the state of New Jersey as a child care facility and exceed all health, environmental, educational and safety guidelines.
Future Generation strongly believes in nurturing the home/school partnership. Continuity of care is a key factor in providing quality child care. An open door and constant communication between home and school creates a strong foundation for a successful early care and educational experience.

Future Generation staff members at our learning center’s in Colts Neck and Bloomfield are offered the opportunity for continued professional development in the field of Early Childhood Education. This enables us to attract a professional and experienced staff, maintain selectivity in hiring and retain competent, dedicated professionals.
All staff members are thoroughly screened for professional and personal credentials that are needed to meet our high standards. Our staff qualifications range from BA and AA degrees in Early Childhood Education, Child Development Associate and Child Care Professional Certifications and Teacher Assistants who are furthering their previous child care experiences and education in the early childhood field.
All staff members are CPR and First Aid trained through Future Generation.

Future Generation Educational Services is a non for profit organization that was formed to provide education and consulting services to childcare centers. Collectively, the staff of Future Generation has over fifty years of experience in the field and it is our goal as Early Childhood Professionals to improve the quality of early childhood programs. We aim to do so by providing resources and training to center staff at a reasonable price.
Future Generation‘s consulting services include assistance in establishing programs, preparing for national accreditation such as NAC or NECPA, and overall programmatic consulting/evaluation. In addition, our staff is available to perform objective Administrative Reviews as well as observe and document staff/child interactions.

The High Scope Educational Research Foundation in Ypsilanti, MI began to develop curriculum in the 1970’s. Today, High Scope is the early childhood curriculum of choice in 19 countries!
Future Generation fully implements the High Scope curriculum. We ensure that all of our educational settings use active participatory learning so that every child has a chance to succeed in life and contribute to society.
The tenets of the High Scope curriculum are as follows:
- Children learn through hands on experiences with people, materials, events, and ideas.
- Infants and toddlers are encouraged to discover the world around them by exploring and playing.
- Children’s Learning and development are anchored by long-term and trusting relationships with caregivers.
- Adults help build upon daily experiences to ensure that developmental milestones are achieved.
