Why choose Animal Trust
To love being a vet:

We work in big, busy surgeries meaning you're surrounded by an incredible range of cases. Be part of a large successful team of like-minded people who'll value your ideas, and provide support at every step of your and your patients' journey.

To focus on what matters:

We don’t set individual ‘sales’ targets, allowing you to be a clinician, not a salesperson. Patients are advised based on the best option for them, regardless of the best financial option for Animal Trust.

To shape the future:

We believe that owning a pet should not just be a privilege of the wealthy – we want to change the veterinary industry in the UK. Our vet jobs are about serving our patients and communities and developing our people so they love their job.

What do we look for?
Our dedicated vets and veterinary nurses love our mission, to make good veterinary care accessible. We look for candidates with a social heart, who are passionate about helping pets get the care their owners couldn’t otherwise afford.

Our large practices are structured to allow specialisation for vets and RVNs in consulting, surgery and inpatient care. Our out of hours provision guarantees continuity of cases, and because of our not-for-profit pricing structure, we don’t have so many workup limitations.
