Mulder Trucking Company

Our Story
Edward Mulder, a World War II veteran and a man from humble beginnings, chose to start hauling livestock in 1957. With one truck, he loaded the cattle and set out to provide services for local Minnesota communities.

As time progressed, the customers’ needs grew and so did Mulder Trucking’s ability to meet those needs. Over the years, one truck and one owner-operator became 15 trucks and three owner-operators. Today, the company continues to haul cement, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery using pneumatic tanker, flatbed, step deck, and RGN (Removable Gooseneck) trailers.

Edward transferred ownership to his sons, Phillip and Steven Mulder, in 1998 and Mitchell Swart joined them in 2011. Following in Edward’s footsteps, they continue to treat customers like family and friends, reinforcing the company’s values, community, and work ethic.
