Copper Ridge, a non-profit facility providing care for persons with memory-impairment located in Sykesville, MD, offers assisted living units, nursing care units and an Outpatient Assessment Clinic.

The Integrace Institute at Copper Ridge, a non-profit dementia education and research center affiliated with The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.

BUCKINGHAM'S CHOICE, a non-profit continuing care retirement community located in Adamstown, MD, offers independent, assisted living and nursing care unit options.

Bayleigh Chase, a non-profit continuing care retirement community located in Easton, MD, offers independent, assisted living and nursing care unit options.

EMA Health Services, a non-profit organization providing medical services to residents of the Integrace communities.
