American Dream, a three million square foot entertainment, retail and restaurant complex is being undertaken by the Triple Five Group. The Triple Five Group is the company behind North America’s two largest retail and entertainment complexes - Mall of America in Minnesota and West Edmonton Mall in Canada - each of which feature more than five million square feet of retail and entertainment attractions and welcome more than 30 and 40 million visitors annually, respectively.

Featuring world class entertainment and arts venues, more dining options than any other retail center in the U.S., and more than 200 luxury and mass market retailers, the American Dream Project represents a new, dynamic model for retail and entertainment that meets the demands of today’s consumer. Once complete, the American Dream Project will be the third largest retail center in North America and will be home to numerous first-to-market concepts and attractions.

The American Dream Project is part of the Meadowlands Sports Complex in the State of New Jersey, five miles from Manhattan, New York, and is located on property leased by the New Jersey Sports and Exposition Authority.
