We'll support you to deliver first class quality care to each individual, whatever their needs, through tailor made packages and activity programmes designed to achieve the best outcomes possible. You'll be a play a vital role in our multi-disciplinary team, and work and relevant healthcare partners, therapists, specialists and the local community services to provide the very best care and support for every individual.

Working as part of our Residential Team you'll play a key role in someone's life, helping them learn and grow everyday, giving you the ultimate in self-satisfaction.

You will play a key role in putting people's lives back to together, when you become a member of our Therapy and Rehabilitation team. Your knowledge and expertise will help us provide expert specialist rehabilitation services to adults with neurological conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease, achieving life-changing, evidence-based outcomes.

You'll be part of a progressive interdisciplinary team delivering person-centred, holistic care and support to our services users, helping them to achieve more independence and have a better quality of life.

We offer specialist person-centred care to children, young people and adults with complex needs in their own homes, on either a ‘live in’ or ‘live out’ basis.

We'll place you at the heart of the services and design bespoke packages of care around users care needs and personal preferences. You'll deliver one on one support to people within their own homes, helping them with personal tasks and activities, so that they can live an independent and active life.

Our supported living services provide a unique environment of support for adults requiring help to live independently in their own homes, within a community-based setting.

You'll be part of a team that delivers seamless person-centred care for people requiring round-the-clock support. Every service is staffed and maintained to the highest standards, enabling individuals with complex needs to live safe, happy and fulfilling lives.

Remeo aims to improve the quality of life for people with complex respiratory ventilation requirements, through achieving the highest standard of specialist patient care.

Working in partnership with Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust, our expert multi-disciplinary team provides long-term respiratory support, both non-invasive ventilation and invasive ventilation, and in ‘weaning’ patients from invasive mechanical ventilation, at our specialist 20 bed centre – the Lane Fox Remeo Respiratory Centre, in Redhill, Surrey.
