Overview
Coastal Plains Trucking was formed in 2011 to haul crude for oil and gas operators in the Eagle Ford Shale. We started hauling locally with just 10 trucks in May 2011. Our local business has grown and we have added OTR service runs supported by experienced drivers and the best equipment. Today, Coastal Plains Trucking hauls crude oil, nitrogen, oxygen, C02, argon, water, diesel, flatbed trailers, sand and jet fuel.

Time was also spent identifying challenges that we continue to face, like the need for better communication and planning, the nature of constant change in our business and the oilfield sector and improving company culture overall. The retreat wrapped up with the leadership team determined to further refine our processes and be more proactive in our decision making.

Payments made June and December (half each time)
5 year team members receive an extra $500 paid with December’s payment.
