Meadow View Nursing Center

Meadow View Nursing Center built in 1995, is a graceful and spacious nursing and rehabilitation center designed to reflect the historic rural beauty of Somerset County, Pennsylvania. The 150 bed facility brings together rehabilitation, nursing care and specialty medical services to meet the needs of older adults. Residents are accepted for both short-term rehabilitation and long term stays.

The facility is committed to the medical, physical, psychological and emotional well being of each resident to help them reach their highest level of function.
Meadow View stresses the importance of providing a home away from home atmosphere for all residents. Our health care community features private and semi-private rooms, an outdoor courtyard, a state of the art rehabilitation gym and ample space for each resident to enjoy a quality life.
