About Northwest Passage
Northwest Passage is a comprehensive system of mental health services dedicated to restoring hope through innovative mental health treatment for children and families. Through our four residential treatment programs situated in three scenic settings in northwestern Wisconsin, Northwest Passage serves over 350 families annually, treating a variety of intensive mental health needs in children ages 6 – 17. In addition to our primary residential treatment programs we also serve adults and adolescents in group-home settings.

Our programs are designed to help children and teens who have felt their lives spin out of control regain their balance, reclaim their self-worth, and put their feet solidly on a path of change. We work with our clients to help set goals and use individual achievement as a springboard to future competence, happiness, and success.

We are always on the lookout for people with the ambition and drive to create and implement effective mental health programming. As a member of our team, you can look forward to a rewarding professional and personal experience, regardless of whether you are providing direct care, clinical, case management or support services.
