What happens when I apply to Nolato Contour?

Here at Nolato Contour, our interview process is a little different. We're not interested in just anyone to come in and work with us. We want you to understand the job and meet the team before you decide. That's why we do group interviews every Wednesday where you get to also get a tour of the plant.

Our training process is then designed so you never feel "thrown to the wolves." We'll pair you up with a work mentor to show you the ropes. Even if you've never worked in manufacturing before, you'll be up and running with confidence within just a few days on the job.
