DSP Connections

We are currently partnered with Marion, Polk, Tillamook & Lincoln Counties as well as CIIS Management and growing.

We work closely with our clients and their guardian or families, to get to know each person’s needs and understand their support requirements. We then connect families with direct support professionals who are a good match for them. Those we serve are children and adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. We provide the support which allows them to be successful at home, as well as in the community.

We provide high level training, support and we maintain a culture that is all about our focus being on the families we serve to build long term relationships.

We pride ourselves on thinking outside the box and finding unique ways to meet the needs of each client. We support activities of daily living, outings, community events, education, life skills, and building confidence in their abilities.

It is our goal to develop a long term and meaningful relationship with those we support. We want to gain their trust through compassion, dependability and helping to create lasting memories.
