Job Description
Landrace Labs is a leader in LEGAL cannabis extraction, is a full line manufacturer of CO2 dabbable extracts, pre filled CO2 atomizers for vapor pens, and flower based pre rolls. Our brands include Landrace Labs and Landrace Farms. We are looking for a highly talented individual with a proven track record of success to help build our sales and profits within across existing and new customers in the Washington State territory.
Sales Representative Job Duties:
Open new accounts to grow sales volume within the market.
Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other industry organizations.
Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
Sales Representative Skills and Qualifications:
Customer Service, Meeting Sales Goals, Closing Skills, Territory Management, Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence, Product Knowledge, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Motivation for Sales.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
Minimum 3 years of successful, professional, sales experience.
Chain/key account experience within the convenience/mass market channel strongly preferred.
Prior beverage industry and/or cannabis sales experience preferred.
Travel Requirements:
Travel to support within assigned territory, region or other markets as required. You will be driving a lot.
Job Requirements
Ability to work with multiple distributors and customers.
Experience with convenience/beverage distributors preferred.
Team player with a business professional demeanor.
Ability to travel in territory and to support other markets when needed.
Ability to work some weekends.
Self motivated, outgoing and have successful time management skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office or Google Apps.
