There are many different departments to excel in, with positions from entry-level to management. From Marketing and Sales, to Warehouse, Installation, and Repair Service, every member of our team plays an important role in our success.

We have a total of 5 beautiful, interactive design centers showcasing our products, and 2 warehouses in Michigan and Illinois with room to grow! Our main office is located in Davison, MI, the community where it all began 50 years ago! Areas we serve include Chicagoland, Metro Detroit, Greater Flint, Great Lakes Bay, and East Lansing.

All Michigan Design Centers showcase our full line of quality products, letting potential clients see, feel, and choose options for anything we install! Our Illinois Design Center offers a full display of Andersen Windows & Patio Doors and an extensive gallery of ThermaTru Entry Doors.

Our Service and Installation crews are trained for advanced certification from our product manufacturers. We are proud to employ skilled and experienced individuals who are excited about what we do, and passionate about best serving the needs of our customers. The C&L Ward family is always growing and striving to reach new heights together.

We are always looking for ways to give back to the communities we serve by participating in several different fundraisers throughout the year. With internal programs, our employees give back and raise money for food & coat drives, Breast Cancer Awareness, as well as a fundraiser at our Company Picnic. We have outreach programs in which we donate time and resources, such as our Shingles for Shelter program, to those in need in our community.

C&L Ward is committed to creating an atmosphere where employees enjoy coming to work. Some of the special programs offered at our work sites include casual Fridays, recognition incentives, wellness programs, and employee and family events.

Our Social Committee organizes potlucks, pizza parties, and Popcorn Fridays for our employees to enjoy! Notable events throughout the year include a Company Picnic, UM vs. MSU Chili Cook-Off, Soup-er Bowl Party, and our big end-of-the-year bash – the Merry Mingle.
