Participants have found the program to be an enriching education through hands-on activities, active discussion and debate specific to inclusion as a leader and manager. A key outcome is that the program will help leaders embed inclusiveness into their management and leadership style and that they will gain tools and insights to keep this concept at the core of what we do within JBT. However, another exciting outcome is that this approach will create a robust curriculum that will provide valuable D&I leadership development for managers in our various businesses around the world.
