About W&N Development
W&N Development, LLC is hiring general labor and skilled concrete workers, as well as individuals experienced with erecting steel buildings.
This is a full time job, which means working 40 hours a week, 8-10 hours a day. Overtime may apply. You must be 18 years or older, have a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation to and from work, and pass a drug test.
Benefits include Medical (PPO/HSA) after 60 days employment, Sick Leave after 90 days employment, Vacation after 1 year employment, and IRA Savings Plan after 1 year employment. Pay is weekly by electronic direct deposit.
Our main office is in Centralia. Jobsite locations may include Bremerton, Puyallup, JBLM, Tacoma, Lynnwood, and Vancouver. We try to keep you close to home, but travel to jobsites may be required.
We have work at several military posts, state locations, and municipalities that pay prevailing wages. Active service members and veterans are encouraged to apply.
General Labor: A General Laborer is responsible for performing various tasks to aid daily operations at a construction site. Duties include loading and unloading tools or raw materials, assembling forms or other pieces of equipment, and digging or filling in pits throughout the construction process. Your rate of pay will increase along with the development of your skills, which may eventually lead to a career as a Concrete Laborer, Carpenter, and Concrete Finisher.

W&N Development, founded in 1996, is owned and managed by the Vander Linden Family. Wayne and Nancy started the company in Ferndale, Washington primarily as a concrete foundation, excavation and mobile home installation business. They, along with two of their sons Kyle and Eric, have expanded the business to include modular installs, seal coating/line striping, steel erection construction, and recently W&N Concrete Pumping, based in Kelso, Washington.
