Crystal Springs

We are 24 hour/7 day per week non-profit agency serving and supporting children and adults with intellectual, medical, behavioral and physical disabilities. We are located on a 45+ acre campus in rural Assonet, MA, as well as 3 community homes and provide day and residential services with PT, OT, ST and Music Therapy, indoor therapeutic pool, 24 hour nursing.
