ProActive Physical Therapy Specialists was founded in 2002 by three clinicians who had a unique vision - that physical therapy could be practiced with focus on top-notch patient care, superior outcomes, and fantastic customer service. We take pride in ensuring that our customers are at the center of care, not the insurance companies.


Our expert physical therapists specialize in the evaluation and treatment of orthopedic injuries, sports-related injuries, spine conditions, post-surgical care, women’s health, and auto accident injuries. Individualized treatment plans are designed for each of our patients to meet their personal needs and goals. Our philosophy is to facilitate rapid recovery by emphasizing individualized hands-on care, outstanding communication with the physician, patient education, and a progressive home exercise program, all delivered in a warm and caring atmosphere.


ProActive's physical therapists work in 11 convenient locations through the Portland-Vancouver area, including Battle Ground, Camas, Canby, Gresham, Oregon City, Prineville, Redmond, Salmon Creek, Tualatin, and Vancouver. Our clinicians are lifelong learners, keeping on top of the latest state-of-the-art techniques to ensure that our patients have access to highest quality and most advanced therapeutic techniques available today.


We are also passionate about supporting the communities we serve. We take pride in providing certified athletic trainers to our local high schools, educational seminars to local service organizations, and donations to other charitable organizations.
