About Ezras Choilim Health Center, Inc.
Ezras Choilim Health Center, Inc. is a New York State licensed diagnostic and treatment center (DTC) that is also a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
In operation for over 15 years, ECHC’s designated service area is 50 miles north of New York City and currently provides a “battery of services” (primary medical care, dental and women’s health care as well as rehabilitative and behavioral health services). The Center has a brand new highly efficient electronic health record system, on-site diagnostic laboratory services and is developing collaborative relationships with academic centers in the New York metropolitan area. It is the provider of choice within its community (Monroe, NY).
With the continued growth of the surrounding community, ECHC will continue to expand its health care services meeting this demand by reasonably increasing its employee population of health care practitioners as well as its executive and administrative staff, as required.

The board certified physicians at Ezra Choilim offer world-class pediatrics, adult medicine, dentistry, women’s’ health, vision, and a variety of specialty services six days a week as well as on-call availability outside our regular business hours of operation.
