Beginning as a boutique roastery café
in Wellington, New Zealand, In 15 years
Mojo has grown like a family to 50+ cafés
throughout New Zealand, Japan, China,
and now, Chicago. From the start, founders
and owners Steve and Julie Gianoutsos
have placed a focus on quality products,
an engaged community, and thoughtful,
professional service. It’s this vision that has
allowed Mojo to grow into one of the most
experienced and respected independent
coffee roasters and expand globally without
losing the heart of our cafés.
