We believe in developing our leaders from within, utilizing our annual leadership development and mentoring program. We have annual tuition reimbursement available from $1000 - $3000. As a non-profit, we participate in the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program which allows forgiveness for educational loans. We also have financial support for Continuing Education and professional license renewal. 

We have a diverse staff and culture. We have a volunteer Servant Leadership Committee comprised of members across all position levels and locations that meets twice monthly. It is a multi-cultural and ethnically diverse committee devoted to supporting initiatives to support holistic diversity and inclusion.
