At WLS, safety, and other managers, and leads, come together to go over the procedure. The requirements to be cleared include:

- WLS Developed Driver Training Program Document
- Training SOPs including:
- EFS Fuel Card SOP
- In house Developed Driver Trainee Hands-on step-by-step manual
- Pre-trip inspection guide
