Pleasant View Retirement Community has been an integral part of Manheim, Pennsylvania in scenic Lancaster County since our founding in 1955. Beginning as a residential nursing home on a family farm, Pleasant View has evolved into a thriving life continuing care retirement community that is home to more than 400 residents and over 300 employees.

Spanning 108 acres in the rolling hills of northern Lancaster County, Pleasant View is a premier non-profit retirement community designed to meet the physical, spiritual and social needs of our residents. For more than 55 years, Pleasant View has been the choice for residents of Lancaster, Lebanon and surrounding counties who expect quality care, services and retirement living options.Today, our campus is home to more than 400 residents. In addition to independent living, we also offer personal care and healthcare services.
