Henry Clay Villa/Quality Life Services is a FAMILY of companies. When you work in a Quality Life Services company you will hear the word FAMILY a lot. In fact, we often say that we are really just families taking care of families. Our company began with our grandfather and his two sons (our dads) building the first nursing home on the family farm in 1973. We have grown to include multiple nursing homes, personal care homes, a pharmacy and a home office. Our companies are located in mostly rural Western Pennsylvania communities and although generational transitions have taken place, we remain a family-owned business to this day.
