Hyden Health & Rehabilitation Center

Welcome to Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center located in the pristine mountains of Leslie County, in Eastern Kentucky. We provide our residents with physician and radiology services, as well as pharmacy and lab services. Hyden Health and Rehabilitation Center also offers physical, occupational, and speech therapy.
