CareLink Community Support Services

Since 1959, CareLink has provided individuals living with  severe and persistent mental illness unique programs and support to help  them achieve wellness, recovery, and self-determination.

CareLink’s  philosophy is that people with disabilities can live, work, and  participate in their community with independence if they have caring  support and help learning essential skills.

CareLink offers  welcoming housing, career and education services, community outreach, and case management for adults in Southeastern PA and NJ.

Our services embody the principles of psychosocial rehabilitation which promote positive expectations, full community integration, and program participants as active decision-makers in their recovery.

CareLink provides credentialed field instruction to students who seek to gain skills in a variety of rehabilitative settings. We work with a number of schools in the Philadelphia region every year and strive to make each placement fit the student’s needs and interests.
