About Rose Meadow Group
Rose Meadow Group is celebrating its 26th anniversary this year! Since our first program (Rose Meadow Farm) opened in 1995, we have been providing compassionate, quality care to individuals impacted by neurological disease, brain injury, and spinal cord injury.
Our amazing staff provide supported living assistance in a quiet, rural, home-like environment. Our caring professionals are dedicated to helping our residents reach their highest level of independence and to provide them with the highest level of medical management. By performing all tasks according to the "Rose Meadow Way", we choose to focus always on providing QUALITY CARE for our residents, committing to a culture of RESPECT that extends to staff and residents alike, and fostering a SENSE OF COMMUNITY by empowering our residents, to the fullest extent possible, to participate in activities both inside and outside of the residential care setting.
