The Position:
We are seeking Servers and the pay range for the position is $20.00-$25.00 per hour.
The following benefits are offered to our employees:
1. A guaranteed and generous hourly rate ranging from $20.00-$25.00 per hour that provides reliable, consistent earnings to our employees – a unique opportunity for the dining industry in particular in which earnings are typically influenced by gratuity.
2. Access to our 18-hole, par 71 links-style golf course that offers breathtaking views and challenging play.
3. Bonus opportunities, for example, an annual holiday fund.
4. Uniforms supplied.
5. Complimentary meals.
6. Flexible full (up to 40 hours per week) and part-time shifts available.

Eastward Ho! is a private golf and social club based in Chatham, Massachusetts (Cape Cod). Members and Club staff contribute to our Club spirit of friendly competition, respect for all individuals, and reverence for the heritage and culture of Eastward Ho! Country Club.
The Company: Founded in 1922, Eastward Ho! Country Club today offers some of the most exceptional facilities, services, and golfing conditions in our industry. The Club is perched along a mile of pristine shoreline in one of the most spectacular natural settings in the country. With dramatic ocean vistas from every hole of our nationally ranked, championship W. Herbert Fowler designed golf course as well as from our rambling, multi-level, 30,000 square foot "Cape style" Club House, our 800 Member families and their guests enjoy an unparalleled service and golf experience. Our Clubhouse is open seasonally from April through December and features a formal Dining Room, casual Grille Room, Lounge, two private party rooms, and multiple outdoor dining venues.
