ILLES Foods was started by Austrian-Hungarian Olympian-turned-chemist Arpad Enoch (A.E.) in his home’s extra bedroom. Today the company operates two different manufacturing plants – a total of about 300,000 square feet between dry and liquid production.

2020 marked a new era at ILLES Foods, with Cristin Illes Kahale, the founder’s great-granddaughter and the fourth generation of the family, taking helm of the business.
