ATL is a full service engineering support and environmental services firm, consisting of ten offices located throughout New York State. We specialize in Subsurface Investigation, Water-based Investigations, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Services, Special Inspections, Construction Materials Testing, Pavement Engineering, and Nondestructive Testing Services.

Our motto is “Think Quality!” ATL’s client confidence in the technical competency of our deliverables is achieved through oversight and peer review by our experienced engineers, scientists, and other technical staff and by maintaining Accreditations, Validations, and Certification by various agencies. We provide your training and certifications by professional organizations at no cost to you and our facilities are Accredited, Validated, or Certified through US Army Corps of Engineers, AASHTO Materials Reference Laboratory (AMRL), Concrete and Cement Reference Laboratory (CCRL), and Northeast Transportation Training and Certification Program (NETTCP).
SAFETY
With an internal motto of “Think Safety First”, ATL encourages, equips, and empowers our employees to work in a safe manner. We promote a culture emphasizing safety as a priority and not a compromise and ATL was recognized by National Safety Council having been over 2,000,000 hours without loss time.
CULTURE
We believe in supporting our employees and the communities we live in, including our natural resources. Our employees receive educational scholarships, merit bonuses, Thanksgiving gifts, Christmas bonuses, and cost of living increases. We donate to employee’s or employee’s children events or activities, monetary gifts for employee’s life events, divisional luncheons and fund raisers. As a community member we lead or participate in community events, business boards, and professional events. The protection of our environment is an important part of our business as we work on green construction projects, environmental clean-up and monitoring projects, and insuring environmental hazards are removed safely from building and property renovations.
