Our Administrative Office is located in Valhalla, NY in Westchester County. Our City Office is in the South Bronx, along with many of our programs. We also have programs located in various locations in Westchester and Rockland County.

About Cardinal McCloskey Community Services
Cardinal McCloskey Community Services (CMCS) is a not-for-profit, social service agency that provides services to the children in our foster care programs, preschool education to over 2,000 three and four year-olds from low income families, and helping over 200 developmentally disabled adults lead more fulfilling and independent lives. We are non-sectarian, providing help to all in need.
Cardinal McCloskey Community Services:
- Provides 35 programs & services in 44 sites throughout Westchester, Rockland, the Bronx, and Harlem.
- Employs over 1,100 staff members including professionals from the fields of social work, education,
psychiatry, psychology, medicine and child-care
- Relies on the dedicated services of 288 certified foster homes and 147 trained day care providers to ensure
the delivery of quality services.
