Our History
Jet Linx does things differently. Clients turn to us for a truly one-of-a-kind private aviation experience.

We started by looking at other companies that guarantee private jet services to their clients to see where there was room for improvement. These companies operate massive floating fleets, from one central office, to stretch and try to provide service to the masses. By doing so, their clients schedule flights through an 800 number, embark from a third party FBO, and fly on a different aircraft with different pilots every time.

This leaves clients facing impersonal and unfamiliar relationships for every step of the way. Our competitors are not able to get to know their clients personally and therefore cannot cater to their client’s individual needs. And the client consequently never receives the quality of service that should accompany such a high-ticket item.

In order to provide the best customer service experience, Jet Linx created a new model for business. We start by establishing a local Base of operation – staffed by a local, Five-Star team – so that we can handhold every aspect of the customer service experience. Our clients schedule their flights with a local Flight Concierge team, embark from their local private terminal, and fly on local planes with local pilots they know and trust. We localize every aspect of our business so we can focus on providing each and every client with the very best experience in private aviation, from reserving their jet to the conclusion of the flight.

The Jet Linx Supply the High program encourages team members to recognize individuals for going above and beyond to Supply the High to our clients and fellow team members. Each story submitted serves as a model for living our core values. Nominations are reviewed by our Supply the High committee and monthly winners selected, receiving company-wide recognition and incentives.

CLIMB

CLIMB brings together our company wellness and volunteer initiatives under a single umbrella where team members “achieve a higher altitude through healthy choices and caring causes.” Team members are encouraged to record their personal activity and/or volunteer hours each month to contribute hours to their personal, location and company-wide total. As a team member’s “altitude” climbs, they are eligible for prizes.

TEAM INCENTIVE PROGRAM (TIP)

The Team Incentive Program is designed to reward team members for referring the best talent for open positions at Jet Linx. Team members are eligible for significant incentives for referrals that become members of the team.

WAYPOINTS

The Jet Linx Waypoints Program is a sustained salute to our dedicated team members across the country – recognizing each individual’s career and years of service. Team members celebrating a service anniversary receive a commemorative pin and certificate for their one, three, five, ten, 15 and 20-year (or more!) milestones.
