Kennebec Lumber Company is a subsidiary of E.J. Carrier. E.J. Carrier began operations in 1960, has spanned through three generations, and produces approximately 1,350,000 tons of various forest products annually. This tree harvesting company is well known throughout Northern and Central Maine for harvesting the finest timber with constantly updated machinery.

Operations at Kennebec Lumber began in 2000. Our facility has doubled in size since 2000, productions have increased by 4 million feet. Annual production is approximately 30 million BF. When operations began Kennebec Lumber employed 12 full time workers, today we employ over 100 full time men and women.
