Friendship is one of the District of Columbia’s largest and highest-performing public charter school networks, with 16 schools serving over 4,500 students in prekindergarten through 12th grade.

Friendship teachers receive a robust benefits package and compensation that are among the highest across public schools in DC. In addition to health, dental, vision, life and a 403(b) retirement plan (with a match), Friendship employees may elect to participate in other plans to help enhance their quality of life. We also offer paid parental leave.
