Cumberland Family Medical Center, Inc. is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) with more than 155 locations across 30 counties in south central and north central Kentucky.
As a FQHC, CFMC accepts all patients regardless of economic or insurance status and provides primary care, immediate care, pediatrics, oral health, behavioral/mental health, substance use disorder/MAT treatment, OB/GYN, school-based health care, a pediatric wellness program, workplace wellness clinics, outreach services, local scholarships, and more. With over 800 employees, CFMC is the largest FQHC in Kentucky and the 16th largest in the nation based on number of patients.
