Cumberland River Homes is an agency that provides Medicaid waiver services for individuals with intellectual and cognitive disabilities. Services we provide include: Supports for Community Living (SCL), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Adult Foster Care (AFC), Michelle P., Case Management, and Behavior Supports.
