AIM is focused on delivering what we promise, an enhanced, professional, transparent approach to Property Management. We have a diverse and rich background in real estate and are always looking to make the experience of our clients, customers, vendors, and team the best it can be. With extensive experience in nearly every type of real estate transactions including both residential and commercial properties; from property management and leasing to development, acquisition, financing, conversion, renovation, trust accounting, and sales, AIM will consult, support, and deliver for you.
AIM has been very fortunate to work with some of the best industry leaders in the Southeast. We have learned how to care for physical assets and do so as if they were ours. We take pride in where our residents (homeowners, renters) live and where our commercial clients and customers work.
AIM Real Estate Management has a sister company, delivering on the same values as the management firm, offering agency & brokerage services to buyers and sellers, developers, investors, through AIM REAL ESTATE SALES.
We consider each interaction an opportunity for partnership, to create lasting "win-win" scenarios where everyone understands their role and responsibility and is working towards the same goal. This approach is for all customers/clients both internal to AIM and external (you). None of our team members work for anyone, rather with everyone, each member with a role to play that is integral to the success of the mission.

We are driven and passionate entrepreneurs, experienced in nearly every type of real estate transaction including both residential and commercial properties; from property management and leasing to development, acquisition, financing, conversion, renovation, trust accounting, and sales. We have been very fortunate to work with some of the best industry leaders in the Southeast. We have soaked up this knowledge and continue learning new ways to be of service. AIM REAL ESTATE now offers brokerage services to buyers and sellers, developers, investors, and property management through AIM Real Estate Management.
Founded by Kevin Quat, Chief Solutions Expert, who believes in partnerships and creating lasting "win-win" scenarios. This approach is for all customers/clients both internal to AIM and external (you). None of his team members work for him, rather with him, each member with a role to play that is integral to the success of the group. This translates similarly with his investor clients; never working for anyone, rather working with them in a servant leadership capacity, helping achieve their goals, together.
Kevin has previously held multiple Board positions and is actively involved within his community, be it through the Bluffton Community Soup Kitchen, Bluffton Rotary, and the Greater Island Council (GIC). Kevin applies the Rotary 4-Way Test for all his dealings in both business and his personal life. This means, before starting a project or addressing a concern, he poses the following questions: “Is it the truth? Is it fair to all concerned? Will it build goodwill and better friendships? Will it be beneficial to all concerned?” If an idea or situation does not pass all four, Kevin is not interested in spending further energy discussing it.
Kevin is available to his team members, owners, and clients and welcomes the opportunity to be of service.
Personally, Kevin loves to play baseball with his 11-year son and to craft creative ways to show his wife Danielle, how amazing she is.

Chris’ background and experience is in operations, logistics, acquisitions and real estate. He enjoyed a long and exciting professional career with Pierce Leahy, now Iron Mountain, as an executive and operational expert in the records management and storage industry. After the business was sold, Chris ventured into business services, real estate development and property management both as an owner and manager. He particularly enjoys assembling highly effective teams and turning them loose in challenging and growing business environments. A firm believer that excellent customer service is the most important mission of any organization, Chris and his team put the customer first, always.
Chris is an active volunteer in his community here on Hilton Head Island and participates as a member of the Architectural Review Board, Long Range Planning Committee, Finance and Audit Committee and Golf Course Revitalization Committee.
Chris enjoys golf, travel, music and spending time with his family.

Jennifer was raised in Rochester Hills, Michigan and moved to the lowcountry in 2019 after graduating with her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Colorado Mesa University. She comes with an extensive background in customer service, accounting systems, as well as experience in property management accounting. She is detail oriented and is excited to expand on her professional capabilities here at AIM. She loves time with family and friends, a good meal, Target, hiking, and spending time at the beach.
