The first thing every new cleaner does is training - an apprenticeship-like program that develops both your cleaning and customer relationship skills so you can easily turn your clients into fans that rave about you! After the program is over, you become a team member. However, it doesn't end up there! There are opportunities to become a lead, then a trainer, and finally a supervisor. When you work at 4 Senses, there's always room for growth.

2. Great schedule
You don't have to work 24/7 to make a living! At 4 Senses s, you will work only daytime hours—business hours only! All major holidays are yours, and you can forget about working nights or weekends.
Also, we always try to be flexible with the client's needs, but we know you have needs too!
3. You can make a living
Your weekly pay may be enough to make a living in Madison and surrounding cities. However, we want to give you more than just enough. In addition to your weekly payment, you can earn bonuses and prizes in our reward program.
Plus, all the tips are yours. The clients can leave a tip in cash or through our online payment system. If you earn them, you keep them!
4. Time to get it right – we work to dial in every account between notes unique to each client and doable timeframes so you can really dig in and produce excellent cleanings for each of your clients
5. Efficiency-minded – once a week stop-ins to the office save you the time and effort of coming each day before work . We also supply everything you need!
