Our values
Our values are the guiding principles that underpin our vision and purpose. They were created for our colleagues by our colleagues.

They help us shape the winning culture that we aspire to achieve – they are in our DNA. Values help to hold us all accountable for ensuring that every decision we make is in line with the values that we have collectively created.

Our values affect every aspect of what we do, not only for colleagues but for our customers.
Diversity and Inclusion at Moto
We’re all about every Moto colleague being free to be their true and authentic selves at work. At Moto we exist to brighten people’s journeys through life, and we know that this journey is different for everyone because the barriers we face are not always the same. We value these differences and want everyone to feel included and have a voice. To be accountable and continuously support an increasingly diverse and inclusive workforce, we have created Environmental, Sustainability & Governance (ESG) goals directly related to being clear with our data & having representation at all levels.

At Moto we have a variety of ways to promote diversity and inclusion in the workplace. We currently have three Colleague Resource Groups – Pride, Different Abilities and Women’s Leadership. The groups meet on a regular basis to contribute to and shape key initiatives to help Moto become an even more inclusive workplace. We would love colleagues from all areas of the business to be part of these groups and keep making sure everyone’s voice is heard. You may not feel you belong to any of these groups but if you are supportive and an ally, you can join these groups to contribute and show support.

We make sure that we come together each year to celebrate key events such as Pride, Black History Month, religious festivals, and many more. We also raise awareness and keep the conversation and actions moving around equality, diversity, and inclusion on notable dates, such as International Women’s Day. We run webinars and have diversity and inclusion e-learning on key topics to make sure that everyone has the knowledge they need to make Moto an even more inclusive place for people to work and belong to.
