About Permian Basin Materials
PB Materials is a leading regional producer of heavy construction building materials; specifically construction-quality aggregates and ready-mix concrete. Our operations are complemented by a trucking fleet that transports the bulk-cement for our ready-mix operations and a large percentage of the aggregates we also utilize in our ready-mix business and sell to the outside market.
PB Materials is an innovative and growing company. It was formed on October 2, 2013 when the WL Ross Company, LLC acquired three very successful family owned businesses in the Permian Basin. The formation of PB Materials created a vertically integrated company with significant aggregate reserves and a complementary ready-mix concrete footprint covering a significant area across West Texas and Southeast New Mexico. Since 2013, PB Materials has made several other acquisitions and we continue to look for opportunities to grow our business.
