Alternative Living Solutions is a network of companies across Ohio covering the many different stages in the continuum of care. Our team of highly skilled healthcare professionals provide services to patients in their homes, assisted living facilities, and skilled nursing facilities. We specialize in nursing services for Home Health, Hospice, and Skilled Nursing Facilities. We also have a team specialized in providing care for the developmentally disabled in group home settings.

Post Hospital/Acute Care:

After a hospital visit or surgery, allow our team of highly trained therapist and nurses to get you back on your feet, and back home. We will work with you to develop a plan to build strength, heal wounds, administer IVs and overcome any obstacles you may have in returning to your normal daily routine. Long Term Care:

There are times when we need additional around the clock care, and our Skilled Nursing Facilities are there for you. We focus on providing a home-like environment where you can continue age with grace and dignity. Personal Care Services

Our Personal Care Service offer individuals personal care and homemaking services in any setting. Our team of compassionate and highly qualified individuals can provide Home Health Aide and Nursing services on an hourly basis 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Ask us about Passport Service

Physical Therapy (PT): We will work with you on safety, strengthening, and walking with in new device while helping you navigate any potential barriers in your living environment.

Occupational Therapy (OT): Allow us to assist you in strengthening to improve your ability to care for yourself and navigate basic homemaking activities.

Speech Therapy (ST): At times you may need help with speech, swallowing, eating difficulties and memory; we are here to help.

Our Hospice program is designed around the wishes of our patients and their loved ones. These services are coordinated with the patient's physician and our Medical Director to ensure taht all individuals are receiving the care needed to meet their personal goals. The Hospice manages all symptoms to ensure both physical and emotional comfort.

Services:

The InCare Hospice team is available when you need us. We can initiate care any day, at any time. We understand when the need arises for a consultation or treatment that individuals and families need us right away.

There are many different diagnoses and prognoses that might qualify you for service. Our team can service any patient who is clinically eligible for Hospice benefits. This benefit can cover services including but not limited to, people living with cancer, Parkinson's, COPD, heart disease, stroke, and Alzheimer's.
