Vacation: Full-time employees receive one week of paid vacation after 365 days of service (1 year) and two weeks paid vacation after five (5) years of service.
Paid Holidays: Employees are eligible for paid federal holidays after two years of service.
Health Insurance: Health insurance programs are offered along with prescription drug programs, dental and vision plans.
Emergency Leave or Sick Leave: In addition to the regular sick leave program, employees may receive up to 12 weeks of leave for special circumstances such as personal illness or critical family problems (FMLA).
Employee Incentives: 401 K Plans and compensatory incentives are offered as encouragement to employees for their participation in safety programs, quality programs, and recruitment of new employees, customer support, attendance, and cost reduction.
Employee Loans: Available after 90-day probation period is completed.
