Established in 2006, MTrec was formed to truly make a difference in the North East recruitment industry by providing the highest quality recruitment and training services to enable industrial clients recruit the best temporary workforce and permanent technical, engineering and management talent.



Due to this ethos, the business experienced meteoric growth and success, which was recognised in 2016, when MTrec was acquired by Trust Tech Inc, a Japanese global staffing group, listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Trust Tech Inc recognised the strength's of MTrec, which includes the loyalty of its core team, with most of the team who formed the business still employed in senior positions. The growth, experience and long service records of the recruitment teams within each division. The excellent customer relationships which have been developed over many years and the on-site customer network which has been grown throughout the North East. The extremely high standards embedded in the business regarding service excellence and client care and the plans for further growth and diversification.



Mtrec Recruitment and Training is now audited by two of the worlds largest finance and accountancy firms which ensures we are held to the highest of compliance practices and standards. We have also implemented J-Sox, to ensure further regulatory and legislative compliance. We take regular advice and guidance from a number of the UK's leading law organisations to ensure we meet our corporate goals and objectives, as well as continuing our corporate membership with the REC and developing our Silver Standard - Investors in People accreditation.
