Northern Girl, LLC is a small, dynamic vegetable processor located in Van Buren, Maine. We work to bring value and agricultural diversification to Aroostook County by bringing high quality fresh and frozen cut fruits and vegetables to market.
Our products include Ready-to-eat beets, Fresh and Frozen Root Medleys, Carrot sticks, coins, and shreds, and Heat & Serve Russet Wedges.
We currently focus on food service opportunities to institutions such as schools and hospitals. We plan to reintroduce a retail line during winter 2016.
