About Rosa's Cafe
Rosa’s Cafe is an upscale, fast-casual restaurant concept - one of the fastest growing segments in the restaurant industry. The first Rosa’s Cafe was built in 1983 in San Angelo, Texas. In 1995, Bobby D. Cox purchased the brand with its five locations. Today, Rosa’s Cafe has expanded to more than 40 company-owned restaurants.
The signature products at Rosa’s Cafe are beef and chicken fajitas, marinated and grilled to perfection over real West Texas mesquite wood giving them their distinct taste. Boasting the attributes of most full-service, sit-down Mexican food restaurants, Rosa’s Cafe is unique in having an express drive-through window with an average wait time of less than three minutes.
