As one of the largest networks of community health centers in our area, MCHP offers a wide variety of healthcare services to meet the needs of our community, with four medical locations and a dental center. We have a team of dedicated and compassionate providers and staff members who focus on caring for the whole patient, regardless of their ability to pay. We bring care and wellness to more than 10,000 patients annually and have been committed to community-based rural health since 1947.
