The Metal Finisher role is responsible for removing any excess metal from castings by chipping, grinding, or vibrating them off. This role is an entry-level opportunity and does not require any previous experience. The position does offer the opportunity for cross training and experience in a variety of tasks related to production.

The Melt role is a team based position, and plays a crucial role in the success of each molding line. This role is an entry-level opportunity and does not require any previous experience. However, you must be able to tolerate a loud, warm, and physically challenging work environment. The successful applicant must be able to work in confined spaces, stand for extended periods of time, as well as handle molten metal in a safe and confident manner. The position does offer the opportunity for cross training and experience in a variety of tasks related to production.

The Clean-Up/General Labor role is responsible for providing support to foundry production. The role offers the opportunity to be cross trained in all areas including but not limited to: pattern exchange, hauling iron, setting cores, blowing out molds, and clean-up of production areas. This is an ideal position for someone who is a motivated self-starter, interested in a variety of duties and possesses ability to adapt to an ever changing environment.

The Indirect role is a support position, which plays a vital role in supporting the finishing department. This role is an entry-level opportunity and does not require any previous experience. However, you must be able to tolerate a loud, warm, and physically challenging work environment. The successful applicant must be able to stand for extended periods of time, as well as possess the ability to multi-task. The position does offer the opportunity for cross training and experience in a variety of tasks related to production.

The Core Room role is responsible for general labor job duties in the Core Department. This role is an entry-level opportunity and does not require any previous experience. The position does offer the opportunity for cross training and experience in a variety of tasks related to core production.
